The Event

A virtual Murder Mystery Event hosted
by Mirror Events to raise money for Museums Sheffield.

Travel back to the roaring 20s and join us for a night of murder and mystery all in aid of Museums Sheffield! The Art of Murder is a virtual murder mystery event, hosted by four final Events Management students. This event is our final project and we have been tasked to create a virtual event that can safely commence during the current Covid-19 restrictions and raise awareness for a local charity, Museums Sheffield.

The Story

Walter Madison, the very wealthy owner of an art gallery, is hosting a prestigious art auction when something goes horribly wrong as he drops dead with 6 suspects who all have a potential motive to kill. But, who truly committed this crime? and how will YOU determine the culprit?

It’s your job as a junior detective to work alongside the lead inspector to crack the case through deciphering puzzles, solving clues and earning your chance to interrogate the suspects live in their holding cells. 🕵️‍♀️ Included the event price, you will be sent a hamper which will include some essential clues to solve the mystery (and a few fun props to get you in the 1920s spirit!).*

This event is taking place over Zoom in order to be lockdown friendly and with live actors, clues and props all participants can enjoy a fun immersive experience form the comfort of your own home.

*Please note that any tickets purchased outside of the UK will be sent a digital download of all clue and puzzles included in the hamper rather than a physical box.
